Mark Sacco raises Animal Welfare Approved beef cattle and laying hens at Wm. H. Buckley Farm in Valley Falls, NY.  Wm. H. The Belties, as they are called, are only raised on grasses and are never given growth hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.

Mark raises Belties, as they are called, because he says, “unlike commercial feedlot cattle, the Belted Galloway is an excellent forager and thrives on grass.”  This breed has always been known to produce superior quality meat that is juicy, tender and flavorful.
