		<description>This meat has the clean tangy taste I remember from childhood burgers and roasts.Because it&#039;s so low in fat, it hardly cooks down at all so the price is comparable to a regular commercial meat. After seeing Food Inc, I won&#039;t consider eating &quot;mean meat&quot; that goes thru the grainfed/antiobiotically grown, mass slaughtered system, so thank heaven for Proffitt meats.</description>
